When young and idealistic one can easily fall victim to the liberal "compassion pyramid scam". We all wanna help the unfortunate among us... don’t we? And Mr./Ms. Politician (especially liberal) always makes it sound so easy! It won’t cost (you) a thing... we’ll tax the rich (Ya know those that could offer you a job... if they weren’t taxed to death)!

Obama overwhelmingly won the young vote in 2008... wasn’t hard against ancient RINO McCain. The history thing (first black president) and the hipness of B.H.O. was quite the seduction. Most young folks wanna be hip, and 99% of the pop culture types were Obamaites.

IMHO, Americans no matter their political bent, REFUSE to be anything but prosperous and will not accept anything but liberty. It hasn’t taken long for all but the most cultic Obama voters to figure out what was promised and what is to be delivered is NOT the same, or even possible! Makes one recall that Serpent in the Garden conversation recorded in Genesis chapter 3... the promise sounded SOOO GOOD, the reality was FAR different! Young folks welcome to Obama’s serpentine reality! Next stop (for those able to learn)... conservative!!!
